Welcome

Welcome to djce.org.uk, one of those sites which just screams "free web space".  Despite having little or no talent for web design, I have decided to put a site here; moreover, I have foolishly opted to attempt to create something more than a simple-yet-effective "here's my contact address" single-page site. 

Having said that, there is a reason this site may look visually spartan: I believe in using HTML and CSS as much as possible to create the desired effects, without resorting to bandwidth-hungry images or animations, anything which requires a "plug-in", anything which requires Javascript or frames, any ideally avoiding requiring the use of "cookies" too.  For further information, you can read my reasoning on the subject.
